Stage 1: Active Start (U4-U6)
Focus: Physical literacy, running, jumping, and ball familiarity. Fun is the #1 priority.
Stage 2: Fundamentals (U7-U9)
Focus: Agility, balance, coordination, and individual ball mastery (1v1).
Stage 3: Learn to Train (U10-U12)
Focus: The “Golden Age of Learning.” Technical repetition and small-sided games.
