IMPACT Junior Coach Program

IMPACT (verb): Have a strong effect on someone or something.

NSA’s Junior Coach Volunteer Program is seeking youth players aged 14+ to join our mentorship stream. This is a unique opportunity to learn from certified Adult Coaches and the NSA Technical Director.

Why Join?

Mentorship: Work alongside world-class coaches.
Future Employment: Successful volunteers may advance to paid Senior Youth Coach positions.
Life Skills: Develop leadership, communication, and teaching abilities.
Certification: Gain access to coaching certification opportunities.

Commitment

Duration: One Season (October through June).
Hours: Minimum 3 hours per week.
Schedule: Weekdays (4pm–7pm) or Saturdays (9am–3pm) at the Indoor Facility.
